Smart Cities
There is no universally accepted definition of a smart city. It means different things to different people. The conceptualization of Smart City, therefore, varies from city to city and country to country, depending on the level of development, willingness to change and reform, resources and aspirations of the residents. But more important than the definition of a Smart City, is understanding that there’s no Smart City if you don’t have safety where you live & even less if the city is not sustainable. These 2 concepts have their origin in opposite moments of history, while security & safety have been among us since the beginning of time, sustainability has emerged as an avalanche. Also, this new reality post covid-19 will bring new parameters, hopefully to attend our needs in a more efficient way.
